Not at all! Throughout my career, I have hired and coached people from a wide range of professions including (but not limited to): Lawyers, Landscape Architects, Scientists, IT Managers, Environmental Engineers, HR Specialists, Finance Managers, Executive Assistants, Teachers, Marketing professionals, Copywriters, IT Helpdesk professionals, Accounting Support, Paralegals, Sales professionals, Migration Consultants, Communications specialists, Machine Operators, Artists, and Mental Health Professionals.

I have experience working with individuals from early career / graduate phase, through to Senior Leadership roles.

What if you cannot help me?

If your requirement, specialism, or career level is outside of my expertise, I will notify you during your free discovery call (if not before!), and refer you to someone or an organisation who can help. I will not take on clients if their requirement is outside my area of expertise.

How do you differ to other Career Coaches?

As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, and post graduate research in this space, I tailor my coaching style and sessions to those with neurodiversity. We throw the traditional coaching methodologies out the window and work in a way that honours your beautiful brain.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Life happens, I totally understand! If you need to reschedule, you will not be penalised. Just let me know and we can rebook at a mutually agreeable time.
