Beth’s recent presentation was a compelling and insightful exploration into the intersections of neurodivergence and career coaching. Despite her business being in its early stages, she delivered with clarity, depth, and an authenticity that resonated strongly with me. Her ability to present nuanced content in an accessible and engaging manner speaks to both her growing expertise and her intuitive understanding of audience dynamics. Her session stood out not only for its relevance but also for the care she took in tailoring it to her audience. The inclusion of lived experience, practical frameworks, and emerging concepts in neurodiversity created a space of genuine learning. As a seasoned professional in the field of psychology I gained a lot - testament to Beth’s skill in facilitating reflection and dialogue. I believe her content would be well-received by a range of organisations. With appropriate adaptation, her presentation offers wide-ranging applicability—from coaching professionals to charity teams and governance boards seeking more inclusive practices. Beth combines passion with precision, and I look forward to seeing how her work continues to shape inclusive thinking.

Beth met me exactly where I was at and treated me with dignity and respect, leading me to believe that a future was possible. As a coach, Beth demonstrated natural empathy and excellent communication skills, ensuring that I felt seen, heard, and empowered. She adopted an affirmative, strengths-based approach to every interaction, which I truly appreciated. Beth capably drew upon her current studies and helped me apply this knowledge and skill to real-world contexts—identifying transferable skills and utilising digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Seek to pursue employment. One of her notable strengths is her ability to clearly explain the intricacies of job application processes. She is highly capable of breaking down each stage—from identifying suitable roles to tailoring résumés and preparing applications—making the process far more accessible, particularly for someone like me, who at times finds it overwhelming. Beth makes a meaningful contribution through her volunteer work, generously offering her time to support others on their career and personal development journeys. Her energy, positive mindset, and inclusive approach make her a trusted and inspiring presence in any setting. Beth also shared personal insights about her own neurodiversity while recognising mine, and she offered resources that supported me in understanding and embracing my own needs. This demonstrated her genuine commitment to equity and inclusivity. Beth is an insightful and dedicated individual with a strong passion for coaching and supporting others through their professional and personal development. She brings a unique and valuable perspective to her work, shaped by her lived experience, ongoing studies, and deep understanding of diversity and inclusion. I wholeheartedly believe that Beth would be an asset to any organisation or individual seeking a thoughtful, informed, and empowering coach.

Over the past seven months of actively searching for work, I’ve been through every emotion possible, hope, disappointment, determination, and at times (more often than I would like to admit), feeling like a failure and alone. That’s where Beth came in. From our very first session, she created a safe and encouraging space where I could be completely open about where I was at and how I was feeling. Across our sessions, Beth helped me: • Identify and build on my strengths • Explore different roles and industries that matched my skills • Stay grounded and positive when the rejections felt personal • Receive practical, targeted advice that I could immediately apply • Gain valuable insider industry knowledge to better understand the job market • Tweak my approach and applications to be more competitive Over this time, I had made it to the top two candidates for four separate roles and been added to several talent pools, but for small, often intangible reasons, the other person was selected. I knew I was close, but something in my was missing. Beth worked with me to break down every step of the process, from applications to interviews, and identify where I could sharpen my impact. The real breakthrough came when she helped me refine my behavioural question STAR responses and articulate my personal point of difference with more targeted, impactful statements. I credit these changes as the key to finally landing a great role. I’m so grateful for Beth’s guidance, encouragement, and expertise, and to Project Placed for offering such an amazing (and free!) service. I’ve already been recommending them to everyone in my network who’s looking for work. Beth, you truly made a difference in my journey, thank you just doesn’t seem to say enough!!

I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside Beth, who joined Project Placed as a volunteer coach in March. In that short time, she has left an indelible impact not just on every client she meets, but on our organisation as a whole. Beth brings a rare combination of deep empathy, insight, and professionalism. Her coaching clients regularly speak of her ability to create space for clarity and confidence in moments of uncertainty, and her influence goes well beyond one-to-one coaching. She has also generously facilitated peer-to-peer training sessions, helping our coaching community better understand and support neurodivergent clients. We are so lucky to have Beth on our team - her commitment and care embody exactly what Project Placed stands for.
